RETURNS:
Please follow the instructions below for your particular request.
For all types of returns simply complete the returns form which we will send you and return it with the goods. This must be within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Please make sure the item is returned protected during transit with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent. All items being returned for exchange / refund must reach us in a re-saleable condition which includes their immediate outer packaging and any labels still attached.

Please return items to us by 2nd Class 'signed for' post.

Please retain your certificate until you have received your replacement item or refund. If you are unable to provide this certificate, we will be unable to process a replacement or refund if we do not receive the faulty item. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods until they reach us.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs

Damaged Goods:

If you suspect that your goods have been damaged whilst in transit, we would ask you to report this within 3 days of receipt so that a claim may be made against our couriers. We would then ask that the goods be returned to us within 14 days of receipt where we will be happy to process an exchange (where possible) or refund.

If your goods have arrived with a manufacturing defect, or are inherently faulty, please return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt where we will be happy to process an exchange (where possible) or refund.

Special/Custom Orders:

Any goods that have been custom made or specially ordered are non-refundable. These goods include any model conversion ordered through ourselves.
